The mold steels are imported from Japan Datong, Sweden Uddeholm/ASSAB and other imported hardening steel. It features good wear resistance, deformation resistance, depression resistance and good polishing performance.

Our cooling system is also well designed and resulted in uniform cooling. For local thin and high geometry, we applied beryllium copper inserts, and obtained excellent cooling performance.

We have developed the applications of sequential valve hot flow channel control technology (SVG technology), and effectively avoid warpage and weld lines, air holes and other defects of the large-sized accessories. It helps reduce the molding pressure and related residual stress, and ensure the strict appearance requirements of the products. Our low pressure double-layer injection molding technology also makes the products of better hand-feeling and beauty.

For many products with complex structure such as buckle and BOSS column, our mold often adopts more slider, inclined roof mechanism, and multiple jacking structure.

We have super clean polishing room and polish engineers with nearly 20 years of experience. To ensure the polishing brightness and surface flatness, we use high quality polishing raw materials and tools, configuration precision detection instrument. We obtained good control of the mold finish, guaranteed the illumination and refractive index of light, kept the safety of the driving.
